Avoid Fair Work record keeping penalties

Fair Work’s Amendment (Protecting Vulnerable Workers) Act 2017 commenced on 15 September 2017. Maximum individual (accessorial liability) penalties are now at $12,600 – and employer penalties are at $63,000 per record keeping, payslip or workplace law breach.
